Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Software Engineer - Backend to join our team in Girona. As a member of our self-organized full-stack team, you will work agile and focus on a specific domain. Your responsibilities will include developing new functionalities, fixing current bugs, and collaborating with other specialists in UX, iOS, Android, database, front-end, back-end, and DevOps. We encourage pair programming and value your opinion in creating and refining user stories and epics.
Key Responsibilities- Develop high-quality features that provide a surprising experience and create signature moments in the customer journey.
- Work collaboratively with a team of 4 to 8 multidisciplinary members.
- Contribute to a personal development plan, including a training budget.

You will be part of a dynamic team of over 30 experienced developers, providing opportunities for learning and growth. Our office is located in Girona, but we offer full remote flexibility. If you prefer to work from the office, it is available for your use.
