Job Title: Sales Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Asialink Finance Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and enhancing specific product lines, achieving sales growth targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales growth targets and quotas for specific product lines in assigned areas.
  • Assist the Product Manager in product development, assessment, and new product introduction activities.
  • Recommend product enhancements, strategies, and updates to determine new business opportunities.
  • Support the department in developing marketing plans and projects, promotions, and marketing aids.
  • Deliver marketing saturation drives and field activities within the given budget and area.
  • Keep abreast with competitor's products and strategies.
  • Provide detailed presentations of products to prospective clients.
  • Maintain good relations with existing clients and source new clients to grow the business.
  • Address client's/customer's issues and concerns in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Screen pertinent documents and requirements submitted by clients.
  • Maintain complete documentation and filing for all product-related activities and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 2 years of experience in sales and marketing (required)
  • 1 year of experience in automotive sales (required)
  • Willingness to travel (100% required)
