About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Privacy Senior Analyst to join our team at The Cigna Group. As a key member of our EGS Legal and Compliance team, you will play a critical role in providing expert-level regulatory advice and support to management on all matters of data protection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide GDPR data protection input to business-led projects and initiatives across International Markets.
  • Support management with the implementation of regulatory changes in any jurisdiction.
  • Maintain and embed the EGS Compliance Policy Framework and a positive compliance culture.
  • Establish and execute mechanisms to test the effectiveness of data protection arrangements.
  • Contribute to the development and review of the annual compliance plan.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a data protection function within a financial services organisation.
  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of the European regulatory landscape in data protection.
  • Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse workload and prioritise tasks.
  • Acts with high levels of integrity and personal and professional ethics.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Industry recognised qualification in data protection.
  • Knowledge of insurance and/or healthcare products.
  • Good knowledge of internal systems and controls in a regulated environment.
