We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Project Manager to join our Language Services team at Empresa reconocida. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing translation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Main Responsibilities- Project Planning and Risk Management: Develop and implement project plans, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Linguist and Resource Allocation: Assign and manage linguists, language specialists, and desktop publishers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Project Tracking and Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress, ensure quality standards are met, and identify areas for improvement.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular status updates and project solutions.
- Team Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate effective communication within project teams and ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Administrative and Financial Processes: Manage project-driven administration and financial processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Collect and analyze KPI data for assigned clients, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Process Innovation: Drive innovation in project management processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Project Management Experience: 0-2 years of proven project management experience, preferably in life sciences translations.
- CAT/TMS Tool Experience: Familiarity with CAT/TMS tools is preferred.
- Multi-Tasking and Time Management: Proven skills in multi-tasking, time management, organization, and attention to detail.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite.
