Your Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Area Manager, your primary objectives will include ensuring that eDreams ODIGEO customers consistently find the ideal hotel for their dream vacations in both current and future key destinations.
- Exhibit strong networking capabilities within the hotel sector to deliver the best service experience possible, ensuring that the Odigeo Connect Lodging portfolio in your assigned areas aligns with the company's strategic goals.
- Enhance partner availability and supply to meet the demands of visitors on our various platforms, while also supporting our revenue and strategic objectives.
- Achieve key performance indicators for your designated markets.
- Establish and maintain productive professional relationships with key personnel in your assigned accounts by providing superior consulting services and capturing marketing and sales opportunities.
- Optimize accounts in your assigned destinations, focusing on content, rate, and availability competitiveness to maximize customer conversion.
- Secure additional inventory during peak demand periods to meet customer needs.
- Facilitate promotional offers to bolster the brands' merchandising and marketing initiatives.
- Educate hotel partners on the self-service features available on our Extranet, ensuring effective communication with key partners.
- Develop and implement sound recommendations and action plans based on data analysis insights to enhance key establishments' performance in the marketplace.
- Provide ongoing feedback to the Area Manager for the development of effective and scalable solutions aimed at improving process efficiencies.
- Actively engage in the technological advancement of the company by proposing new implementations and testing new tools.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience in a commercial or customer-centric role.
- Strong interpersonal skills: a team player, empathetic, and a relationship builder.
- Action-oriented, results-focused, and metrics-driven.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proven follow-up and persistence in challenging situations.
- Ability to generate ideas and multitask effectively.
- Native proficiency in Greek, Turkish, or French, with fluent English required.
- Knowledge of yield and revenue management, along with strong analytical skills.
- Good negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- IT skills: familiarity with Channel Managers and proficiency in CRM tools; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
