Job Summary
The Site Care Partner Senior Manager is the primary point of contact for investigative sites throughout a study life cycle at Pfizer. This role is accountable for site start-up activities through activation, building and retaining investigator site relationships, and providing support from site recommendation through the lifecycle of studies. The Site Care Partner Senior Manager is responsible for site-level recruitment and operational success, as well as safeguarding the quality and patient safety at the investigator site.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy GSSO site strategies by qualifying and activating assigned sites.
- Support processes to optimize country & site selection activities, including review and assessment of the draft potential site list and provide PTA output for site selection.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide country/regional level input to country outreach surveys, including protocol feasibility, country SOC, and medical practices.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of assigned protocols and conduct study start-up activities at the site level, including PTA, coordination of site activation checklist items, ICD finalization, and SIV (as applicable).
- Manage issues that may compromise time to site activation.
Requirements
- Accountable for site start-up and activation.
- Supports the Feasibility Strategy and Analytics Lead to ensure high-quality feasibility results are delivered.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that high-quality feasibility results are delivered.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of assigned protocols.
