Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team in the BeNeLux region. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating and maximizing existing customers in the provision and supply of Aftermarket products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate service engineers to handle and maximize existing service customers in the BeNeLux region.
- Process, monitor, and follow up on customers' purchasing orders and maintenance agreements.
- Plan new and renewed contracts, acting as the main communicator between parts available, customer confirmed appointments, and technician plans.
- Assist in developing the Service business to meet planned targets in the region.
- Maximize technician's chargeable working hours and monitor the efficiency of working time (utilization).
- Manage invoice creation, corrections, and material return activities.
- Coordinate internally with other departments, such as sales, logistics, finance, and production, to keep all aware of customer activities.
Requirements
- Higher education or equivalent through experience.
- At least 2 years' experience in administration/customer service/logistics.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong communication and administrative skills, fast learner, and a team player.
- Flexibility, ability to multi-task, and manage time.
- Dutch and English fluent. French would be an asset.
