About the Role
Ebury, a leading FinTech firm, is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for a diverse range of vacancies across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Screening and assessing candidate applications, including CVs and cover letters
- Conducting interviews and selection processes to identify the best candidates for each role
- Guiding candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining their interest and engagement
- Managing candidate expectations and negotiating offers
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
- Building strong relationships with internal customers at all levels
- Diary management and interview bookings
- Maintaining accurate information in our recruitment system
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in recruitment, preferably in the Financial Services or Sales sector. You will be fluent in English and Spanish, with additional languages being an advantage. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and autonomous, and have a flexible mindset to cope with our fast-paced culture.
