Role Overview

Under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the EPROM Room Technician is crucial for the seamless functioning of the EPROM room. This role encompasses maintaining quality benchmarks, coordinating production timelines, and overseeing inventory management in line with both internal standards and external compliance.

Additionally, this position will assist with various warehouse responsibilities, including picking, shipping, and receiving materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the quality, organization, and scheduling of software production within the EPROM room. Duplicate media as required to satisfy workload demands while complying with regulatory standards. Oversee inventory management, including updating flash card stock and keeping precise records of shipped and returned items. Prepare and package components for dispatch to clients or returns to other company locations. Assist with picking, shipping, and material reception as necessary in warehouse operations.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in warehouse operations and inventory control. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills and Competencies:

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to perform effectively under pressure to meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. A collaborative team player. Valid forklift operation license.
