Improve Amazon's Logistics as a Graduate Process Improvement Manager

As a Process Improvement Manager at Amazon, you will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations. This dynamic position offers a unique opportunity to work with management teams to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the driver experience and optimize processes.
- Audit processes for compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze feedback and data to inform process improvements and implement changes at the site.
- Collaborate with station management and stakeholders to identify and resolve process-related issues.
As a Process Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for running observations and audits to identify opportunities for improvement. You will also be expected to recommend changes and use your project management and stakeholder management skills to implement new processes.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, transportation, economics, or a technical field.
- Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
- Relevant experience in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
- Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques.
- Experience with supporting tools, such as Minitab, JMP, MS Excel, and MS Access.
