Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager to join our Account Health Support (AHS) Team at Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. As a Risk Manager, you will be the primary interface between Amazon and our business partners, providing world-class support to Sellers doing business on the Amazon platform.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Account Health Support programs and services, ensuring seamless support to our customers.
- Build strong relationships with Selling Partners, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
- Provide prompt and efficient education and service to Amazon Sellers, including appropriate escalation of Sellers' issues.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, consistently portraying Amazon in a positive light while effectively managing critical issues.
- Liaise with other departments to resolve Seller's issues and questions, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Identify and address Seller and Risk Manager success barriers, providing solutions and driving change through business improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate excellent time-management skills, working efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactively document operational procedures to tackle known risk-related patterns, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Utilize logical reasoning and data interpretation skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, proactively aiding team members with difficult contacts as needed.
- Experience working in a customer service environment, preferably within a contact center, is highly valued.
- Proven analytical thinking and ability to use data in decision-making and prioritization are essential.
- High level of integrity and discretion to handle confidential information is required.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex investigations or escalations is crucial.
- Proven track record of complex and creative problem solving and desire to create and build new processes are highly desirable.
