We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team at Universidad de Deusto, specifically in the area of Artificial Intelligence for Environmental Health. As a key member of our research group, you will contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions to address the challenges of environmental health.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research in the application of Artificial Intelligence to environmental health, focusing on climate change and its effects.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement AI-based solutions for environmental health.
- Support the preparation of research proposals for national and international projects.
- Mentor undergraduate and graduate students in AI-related research.
- Publish research results in top-tier scientific journals and conferences.
- Contribute to the drafting of technical reports and project deliverables.
- PhD in a field related to Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Proven experience in research projects, with a strong track record of publications and presentations.
- Advanced programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or C++.
- Familiarity with European public funding programs for R&D projects.
- Experience in technology transfer initiatives and obtaining competitive funding for research.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of written and spoken English and French.
