We are seeking a skilled Product Visionary to join our team and lead the development of our digital platform. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for defining and communicating the product vision and strategy, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Develop and maintain a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the sequence of features and releases to achieve strategic goals.
- Agile Planning and Prioritization: Work closely with Agile development teams to prioritize and plan sprints, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
- User Stories and Acceptance Criteria: Create and manage user stories, detailing specific functionality and acceptance criteria, to guide the development process.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with business stakeholders, customers, and end-users to gather feedback, validate requirements, and ensure the digital platform meets their needs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with UX designers, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and smooth execution of development activities.
- Feature Delivery: Monitor and track the progress of feature development, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations.
- Product Performance and Analytics: Monitor and analyze key metrics and user feedback to measure the performance of the digital platform and identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
