Job Title: Underwriting & Risk Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Underwriting & Risk Officer to join our operations team at MultiSafepay. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review new applications and assess provided documentation for correctness and completeness.
  • Identify risks and record them, providing clear explanations and risk assessments.
  • Monitor existing customers through periodic reviews and alert analysis.
  • Handle requests regarding changes within a merchant's account.
  • Provide support to merchants on onboarding, risks, fraud, and chargebacks.
Requirements:
  • Recent studies in a relevant field, such as law or economics.
  • Relevant experience within a financial institution or similar.
  • Knowledge of KYC, CDD, Financial Supervision Act, Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Act, and the Sanctions Act is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify patterns in suspicious activities.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written).
  • Honesty and accuracy.
