Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily project management tasks
- Aid in documentation related to both project management and engineering
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to leverage computer tools for enhanced efficiency in daily operations
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Team-oriented mindset, with persistence, creativity, and a service-oriented approach being essential attributes
