Project Director

At Flowserve, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and ensuring the successful outcome of projects.

• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
• Manage project risks, identifying and mitigating potential issues to ensure project success.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Monitor and report project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering.
• Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience with project management tools and software, such as MS Project.
