PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the sales and functional teams in designated accounts, providing technical expertise for solution design, estimation, and assumptions.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager/Delivery Manager to offer technical leadership, leveraging extensive platform knowledge to identify optimal solutions for project requirements.
- Proactively identify and communicate risks related to technical project management and client profitability.
- Ensure the project progresses smoothly regarding Scope, Schedule, and Costs, alerting the Project Manager/Delivery Manager to potential deviations.
- Guarantee the achievement of the project's technical objectives.
- Uphold compliance with established software quality standards in collaboration with Omega's Technical Management.
- Oversee effort estimations from the development and support teams during the testing phase.
- Partner with the Project Manager/Delivery Manager in delivering project demonstrations to clients.
- Ensure the completion and delivery of technical documentation for each project.
- Engage in the development and training of the technical team, offering guidance to enhance their technical competencies.
- Identify opportunities for technical Up & Cross Selling.
- Suggest methodological improvements for the technical team.
- Contribute to Omega's community of practice by providing thought leadership, training, and mentoring to enhance technical capabilities across the organization.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the complete lifecycle of implementations.
- Proven experience in various project environments.
- Familiarity with different Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Proficient in English.
