About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Vendor Support Sr Ops to join our team at Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. As a key member of our Global Procurement Organization (GPO) Social Responsibility team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our suppliers meet Amazon's human rights principles and Supply Chain Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute audits scheduling activities with Global Operations suppliers, collaborating with GPO teams, internal business partners, and external partners to ensure daily reporting and the SR audit database is up to date.
- Manage suppliers rejecting audits by following guidelines and framework validated by Legal teams.
- Support the execution of activities required to prepare SR audits, providing regular communication and support to local teams and stakeholders.
- Review new and existing suppliers to ensure accuracy on contact information.
- Assist and support audit remediation activities for suppliers identified with high-risk findings.
- Handle day-to-day queries and issues, constantly thinking about how to invent and simplify to improve.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or formal business administration or procurement qualification.
- High precision in verbal and written communication.
- Ability to resolve day-to-day problems and focus on delivering results.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment, good time management.
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level.
