The Role of Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and passionate bartender to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. As a bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences by providing expert knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks. Your main duties will include:

  • Elaborating signature cocktails and taking initiative in designing new creations to meet our guests' expectations.
  • Organizing and controlling the operations of the bar, ensuring seamless service and high standards.
  • Meeting all Four Seasons and Health Department food, beverage, and safety standards.
  • Stocking, restocking, and organizing retail items in the bar.
  • Assisting with daily inventory and ordering.
  • Anticipating guest needs, ensuring satisfaction, and responding promptly to guest concerns and requests.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
  • A flexible schedule, able to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in bartending is essential.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the legal right to work in Spain.
