The Role of BartenderWe are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Elaborate signature cocktails and take initiative with being creative in designing the perfect cocktail to meet our guest expectations.
- Responsibility for organizing and controlling the operations of the Bar.
- Meet all Four Seasons and Health Department food, beverage and safety standards.
- Stock, re-stock, and organize the retail items in the bar needed.
- Assist with daily inventory and ordering.
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Our ideal Bartender will have a flexible schedule, able to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays. The ability to multi-task is required. Previous experience in bartending is also essential.
Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
