Exciting Opportunity in Amazon Road Transport Spain

This is a unique chance to be part of a new team in the Amazon Shipping business, driving growth and innovation in Spain. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Business Development team in Madrid.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strong pipeline of top-tier companies in Spain, identifying opportunities and negotiating sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a product that meets customer needs.
  • Measure performance, identify gaps, and lead the team to address them.
  • Bring new customers to Amazon, increase shipping volume, and ensure profitability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in business development, sales, and account management.
  • Strong ownership and ability to deliver results.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to advise senior leadership.
  • Ability to prioritize and demonstrate discipline in setting and achieving goals.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA.
  • Experience in the B2C logistics industry.
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite, CRM, sales and marketing automation tools, and eLearning tools.
  • Experience working with databases (SQL, Amazon Redshift).
