Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Land Acquisition and Development team as an intern. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support our team in various initiatives and projects, including market intelligence, project management, and business development.

Responsibilities

  • Market Intelligence: Develop benchmarks on Real Estate assets, including pricing and asset selection criteria.
  • Project Coordination: Manage different initiatives and projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Business Development: Support the preparation of budgets, KPI monitoring, dashboard creation, and reporting to management to monitor opportunities in land acquisition and development progress.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement new processes and workflows to accelerate business development.
  • Technology Development: Promote the development of technological tools to support business growth.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Develop a sourcing strategy for services to suppliers within the scope of Land Acquisition & Development.
  • Contract Preparation: Assist in the preparation of contracts.
  • Business Case Preparation: Support the financial team in preparing business cases for each transaction.

Requirements

  • Be an undergraduate or engineering student with the possibility of undertaking curricular and/or extracurricular internships.
  • Preferably from technical training courses (engineering or similar).
  • Interest in the energy sector and/or Data Centers.
  • High level of English is essential. Knowledge of other languages (e.g., German, French) is desirable.
