- Supervise and Create Audio Elements: Supervise, create, and integrate diverse audio elements, working alongside audio designers from the initial concept phase through to the final mix.
- Align Audio Strategy: Collaborate with Game Directors and Producers to align the audio strategy with the game's overall direction and long-term goals.
- Explore Innovative Audio Technologies: Work with programmers to explore and implement innovative audio technologies.
- Assess Team Needs: Identify and assess the team's needs for audio tools and resources, ensuring that the project is well-equipped to meet its goals.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in sound design, music, game design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional audio experience within the gaming industry.
- Success in Game Development: Demonstrated success in bringing a game from concept to launch.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with FMOD and Unity or Unreal Engine (or similar pipeline).
- Sound Design Knowledge: Deep knowledge of sound design, dialogue, music, and mixing in a game development context.
- Organizational and Communication Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills.
