Change Management:
- Apply change management methodology to implement successful business priorities.
- Understand demand variation amplification for service level/capacity and cash flow impacts.
Process Optimization:
- Knowledge of late differentiation, queue simulation, lead time optimization.
- Conduct value add/non-value add analysis (useful time analysis).
- Create and interpret value stream maps.
Manufacturing Excellence:
- Understand how to design line layout, workstations, and material presentation that minimize waste and balances work content.
- Conduct takt/cycle time analysis.
- Interpret diagnostic results.
