About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Tech Lead with expertise in AWS to join our team at UST Global. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable and secure cloud-based applications using Java and AWS services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and maintenance.
  • Ensure high-quality code and adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve team performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong Java programming skills and experience with AWS services.
  • Deep understanding of software development life cycles, design patterns, and principles.
  • Experience with testing types, including unit testing, API testing, and load testing.
  • Knowledge of distributed architectures, event-driven architectures, and REST APIs.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and SAFe.
  • High English language proficiency (B2+/C1).
