We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Proposals Specialist to join our team at Ingersoll Rand. As a key member of our technical office in Madrid, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of our compressed air projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the commercial and technical aspects of compressed air projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop and review technical specifications, designs, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Supervise the assembly and inspection of compressed air systems, ensuring high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, factories, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial Technologies, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical preferred).
- Minimum one year of experience in Project Management, preferably in the compressed air sector.
- High level of English proficiency (minimum B2).
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Driving license and vehicle required for commuting to the workplace.

- Permanent contract with fixed salary plus variable.
- Flexible schedule with core hours from 08:00 to 09:00 and 17:00 to 18:00, Monday to Thursday, and Fridays from 08:00 to 14:30.
