We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Cyber Security projects, ensuring the successful implementation of our IT-OT Security strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Manage cyber security projects as an interface between Global Engineering and the Nordex CISO organization, as well as Global IT and Global Service organizations.
- Specify and manage industrial IT related projects, particularly related to Cyber Security and wind farm remote connections.
- Lead interdisciplinary projects for the implementation of our cyber security strategy, handling the analysis and assessment of potential data security vulnerabilities.
- Design wind farm network concepts and remote connections, taking into account IT-OT Security requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide remote network connectivity solutions, including Site2Site product.
- Ensure timely, target, and cost adherence in technology projects.
- Support technology projects inside and outside engineering.
- Establish standardized processes and reporting for technology projects.
- Support the transfer of innovations into technology projects.
- Degree/Master's in Telecommunications Engineering or Computing Science (Information Technology) or similar.
- Project Management experience required (PM certification preferred).
- Several years of experience preferably in the wind turbine industry.
- Understanding of ICT technologies and architecture, especially with large international customers.
- Knowledge in network design and implementation with Routers, Switches, Load balancers, Firewalls, and network monitoring.
- Some knowledge of security protocols and devices, such as firewall, IPS, VPN, IPSec, SSL/TLS, and L2 security, desirable.
- Understanding of operating systems like Linux and Windows.
- Very good MS office skills (including MS Project Server).
- Experience in an ERP and PLM system advantageous.
- Teamworker, customer & solution oriented, clear and structured communication and reporting skills.
- High quality awareness and assertiveness.
- Intercultural experience necessary.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Beneficial skills in German.
- Relevant experience in an Engineering or project management position in the wind industry.
- Availability to travel.
