Your Role

As a Working Student - Supply Chain Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting information searches and investigating processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Supporting the Project Manager with tasks related to project planning, organization, and implementation.
  • Validating tests and supporting the administrative tasks.
  • Analyzing data from primary systems such as SAP and SAP-BW.
  • Working closely with the business to understand and translate requirements.
  • Assisting with project documentation and preparing presentations for workshops and management meetings.
  • Supporting the team with infrastructure and organizational tasks.
  • Following up on project actions and helping with action log follow-up and meeting minutes.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in a technical, computing, or business administration field.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft applications and Office 365 package.
  • Methodical and organized approach with the ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
  • Experience with SAP HANA (MM or SD modules) is highly valued.
  • Affinity for digitalization topics related to logistics content.
  • Skills in creating dashboards with analytic tools.
  • Familiarity with logistics activities.
  • Solid English, Spanish, and German language skills are a plus.
