Job Description

Are you a skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience with Okta and a passion for designing and managing secure identity and access management solutions?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IAM Engineer to join our team at Amaris Consulting. As an IAM Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and managing IAM solutions using Okta, configuring and administering Okta, and providing level 2/3 support for IAM incidents and requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage IAM solutions using Okta for secure identity and access management
  • Configure and administer Okta, including SSO, MFA, and user management
  • Provide level 2/3 support for IAM incidents and requests via ServiceNow
  • Troubleshoot and optimize IAM systems, diagnosing and resolving complex issues
  • Collaborate with security, compliance, and development teams on access policies
  • Create and update technical documentation and user guides for IAM solutions
  • Improve IAM processes and procedures for continuous optimization
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in IAM and application integration
  • Experience with Okta and standard protocols such as SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and WS-Fed
  • Deep understanding of IAM concepts such as SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle management, and access policies
  • Ability to provide technical support via ServiceNow or a similar platform
  • English fluency
