Job Description

Amaris Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an IAM Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and managing IAM solutions using Okta for secure identity and access management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement IAM solutions using Okta, including SSO, MFA, and user management.
  • Configure and administer Okta, including SSO, MFA, and user management.
  • Provide level 2/3 support for IAM incidents and requests via ServiceNow.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize IAM systems, diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
  • Collaborate with security, compliance, and development teams on access policies.
  • Create and update technical documentation and user guides for IAM solutions.
  • Improve IAM processes and procedures for continuous optimization.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IAM and security.
  • Experience in application integration and user management through Okta.
  • Use of standard protocols such as SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and WS-Fed.
  • Deep understanding of IAM concepts such as SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle management, and access policies.
  • Ability to provide technical support via ServiceNow or a similar platform.
  • English fluent.
