Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Immigration Specialist to join our team, focusing on business development and providing top-tier immigration support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new clients in need of visa application services.
  • Manage client relationships, generating and receiving leads to expand our client base.
  • Seek out new collaboration opportunities with stakeholders and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.

Immigration Services

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the immigration process.
  • Prepare and review immigration documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with lawyers and other professionals, translating their advice to clients when necessary.

Team Collaboration

  • Work with colleagues across different functions and teams, contributing to various projects that require your expertise in immigration.

Key Qualifications

  • Native speaker of English, with a deep understanding of the cultures in focus countries.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Ability to work at our office.
  • Strong passion for continuous learning and adaptability to changing legal landscapes.
  • Exceptional communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural, and multilingual environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in preparing and submitting residency applications and handling related challenges.
  • Knowledge of immigration law.
