About the Role

As a Human Resources Generalist at Faurecia, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR Site Manager and providing management on human resources issues. Your primary objective will be to assist the Site HR Manager in managing HR issues in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. HR Support: Assist the Site HR Manager in managing HR issues, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Staffing and Recruitment: Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, and development at site level.
  3. Public and Local Entity Management: Manage relationships with public and local entities, including the National Institute of Social Security (INSS) and the National Institute of Employment (INEM).
  4. Payroll and Administration: Ensure efficient payroll and administration processes.
  5. Internal Communication: Manage internal communication with employees, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  6. Industrial Relations: Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives, promoting a collaborative and respectful work culture.
  7. HR Policy Implementation: Implement Group HR policies and processes within the site, including the Faurecia Excellence System.
  8. Reporting: Report relevant HR information to the HR Manager.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree with a specialization in HR Management.
  2. Knowledge: Good knowledge of employment law and familiarity with HR information and payroll systems.
  3. Skills: International mindset, results orientation, strong written and oral communication skills, and minimum bilingual (English required).
