About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Communications Manager to join our team. As a key member of our corporate communications office, you will be responsible for developing and executing our communication strategy across various business units.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute brand and corporate reputation plans for internal and external audiences.
- Implement local brand strategy and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Oversee Kosmos owned channels and create corporate materials.
- Support live events from a press and institutional point of view.
- Manage corporate speaking opportunities and maintain relationships with media and content creators.
- Work with the content and digital team to create stories and establish distribution strategies.
- Support the Chief Communications Officer with the international growth strategy.
We are looking for a passionate and proactive professional with a strong background in corporate communications and public relations. You should have a strategic mindset and be able to create presentations and visual documents for reporting and internal plans.
Requirements:- At least 7 years of experience in a similar position.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, or Public Relations.
- Advanced level of written and spoken English.
- Project management skills and ability to work with freelancers and vendors.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Availability to work weekends.
