Job Summary

Centerstone is a leading nonprofit behavioral health system seeking a skilled Telehealth Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a Telehealth Equipment Specialist, you will play a critical role in configuring, maintaining, securing, and monitoring the usage of telehealth equipment in schools. Your expertise will ensure seamless telehealth sessions, and you will be responsible for orienting and training school staff, students, and families on equipment usage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, maintain, secure, and monitor the usage of telehealth equipment in schools.
  • Orient and train school staff, students, and families on equipment usage.
  • Liaise with IT staff, therapists, and school staff to schedule and maintain telehealth sessions.
  • Collect and report data to the Data Coordinator as required.
  • Assist with RCORP resource development by finding, evaluating, storing, and sharing available resources in our service area.
  • Provide case management support by assisting with the location and evaluation of needed resources, mailing out flyers, and delivering resources to clients at proctoring locations.
  • Offer outreach support by following up on partner communication, sharing and/or delivering program materials or requested information, collecting and forwarding MOUs, and answering questions or seeking answers from other team members.
Requirements
  • Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in-person, and virtual methods.
  • BA/BS required.
  • 1 year of experience in using technology-based platforms and equipment functionality.
  • N/A certification/licensure.
