We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director, Marketing to lead our Marketing function in Europe. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics that drive growth, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our commercial goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Portfolio Management to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Drive the scaling and automation of marketing activities to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and implement innovative approaches to drive business growth.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, with a strong track record of success in driving business growth.
- Strong technical background in Digital Marketing and eCommerce, with expertise in data-driven marketing and analytics.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Advanced level of English language proficiency.
