Customer Lifecycle Manager

Jujur is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Lifecycle Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a strong first impression and setting the foundation for long-term relationships.
  • Lead sales strategies, overcome objections, and negotiate success with customers.
  • Engage with small and medium businesses to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill their needs with leading cloud technologies.
  • Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
  • Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline.
  • Meet and exceed targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required, BA/4-year degree preferred.
  • 2-3+ years sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Minimum 1 year IT industry experience required.
  • Minimum 1 year sales account management or customer management experience required.
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools.
  • Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions preferred.
