About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Arabic Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance. As a key member of our Acquisition Marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality leads to our internal New Business Sales partners across the MENA markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect high-quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal New Business Sales teams
  • Conduct company evaluations and qualifications using provided guidelines and online tools
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting
  • Collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas, according to sales team needs
  • Deliver a set of leads based on agreed quarterly targets
  • Provide weekly reporting and analysis of work in a presentable format
Requirements
  • 1 year experience in digital advertising or market research
  • Minimum education level of 2nd year college or higher education
  • B2 level or higher of market being supported
  • C2/advanced level of Arabic (Middle East)
  • Advanced level of English
  • Intermediate spreadsheet skills (ability to work with pivot tables, vlookups, etc)
