About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at zeroG - AI in Aviation. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex SAP projects and driving business process optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain IT project plans, including work breakdown structures, project milestones, critical path analyses, risk assessment and management plans, cost/benefit analyses, staffing plans, project timelines, and project budgets.
  2. Team Leadership: Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of projects.
  3. Communication and Reporting: Prepare project status reports for upper management and drive decisions to ensure the success of projects.
Requirements
  1. Experience: More than 5 years' experience as a Project Manager managing complex SAP projects.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Project Management methodology, project planning tools and techniques; Waterfall and Agile methodology required.
  3. Soft Skills: Excellent relationship-building and networking skills, ability to function successfully in a team environment, and excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
