About the Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Manager to join our Enterprise Strategy Team at CRH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional strategic projects and transformational programs, driving business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure alignment and efficient execution of strategic projects
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identify risks and issues, and provide recommendations to mitigate them
  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Very strong strategic thinking and ability to understand long-term implications of decisions
  • Very strong financial acumen and solid analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Previous experience in managing teams and senior stakeholders
