About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Migration Architect to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our AWS Global Support team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue, adoption, and growth from large-scale enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to accelerate cloud migration journeys for our customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer leaders and technical stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage the technical relationship between AWS and our customers, providing recommendations on security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share customer needs and inform the roadmap of AWS features.
  • Participate in the creation and sharing of best practices, technical content, and new reference architectures to educate and evangelize about AWS technology.
Requirements
  • Experience in cloud migration and transformation projects, with a strong understanding of technical challenges and solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-visibility, high-impact IT transformation projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with executives and technologists.
  • Strong technical skills in cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, and data analytics.
