KAM Rare Diseases Specialist

Estamos buscando a un KAM con experiencia en enfermedades hepáticas raras para unirse a nuestro equipo en Ipsen. En este rol, serás responsable de desarrollar relaciones comerciales con partes interesadas relevantes y responsables de la toma de decisiones para maximizar el acceso a nuestros productos y ventas dentro de las cuentas/hospitales clave identificados en España.
Responsabilidades- Evaluación, establecimiento y mantenimiento de contactos con hepatólogos pediátricos, gastroenterólogos pediátricos, hepatólogos de adultos, farmacéuticos y otro personal relevante que se ocupe de enfermedades colestásicas.
- Análisis, atraer y calificar con éxito clientes potenciales y nuevas cuentas, elaborando estrategias para gestionar cada cuenta estableciendo objetivos sobre cada una de ellas (volumen de ventas propuesto, inversiones), focalización y segmentación.
- Representar a Ipsen en eventos y congresos locales, nacionales e internacionales, cuando sea necesario, y crear una imagen positiva de la empresa con grupos de clientes relevantes.
- Licenciado/a o Graduado/a en Ciencias de la Salud (Farmacia/Medicina/Biología)
- Muy valorable Phd/Máster/Postgrado de la industria farmacéutica, ensayos clínicos, y/o MBA
- 5 años de experiencia en la industria farmacéutica en posiciones de ventas - valorable MSLs con enfoque comercial
- Experiencia en lanzamientos de productos hospitalarios
- Experiencia previa en enfermedades raras, idealmente hepáticas
- Conocimiento de Microsoft Office (Outlook, Power Point, Word, Excel) y herramientas de CRM
- Capacidad para viajar dentro del territorio de manera regular, lo que incluirá viajes frecuentes con pernocta
- Nível B2 inglés
- Personalidad orientada a objetivos traducida en una buena organización y autonomía para alcanzarlos
- Planificación, organización y ejecución autónomas de sesiones educativas locales para profesionales sanitarios relevantes
- Buscar activamente la colaboración crosfuncional y el trabajo en equipo
- Habilidades de comunicación e interrelación a todos los niveles
