MSL Rare Diseases Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) with a focus on rare hepatic diseases to join our team at Ipsen. As an MSL, you will be responsible for providing scientific and technical support to clinicians and internal staff, aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date with scientific knowledge regarding your product and competitors.
- Collaborate in the development of operational plans from the MSL perspective, in close contact with clinicians.
- Disseminate scientific information about the product.
- Identify clinicians and foster fluid relationships with Key Thought Leaders (KTLs) and Technical Liaisons (TLs), as well as respond to requests from clinicians.
- Identify speakers for scientific meetings and Advisory Boards, under the guidance of the Medical Affairs department, and participate in and represent the company at these events.
- Provide specialized support to the sales network to present, clarify, and defend complex publications and promotional materials. You will be the primary point of contact for the sales network regarding any medical questions.
Requirements:
- Essential: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology).
- Desirable: PhD, Master's, or Postgraduate degree in the pharmaceutical industry, clinical trials, or MBA.
- Previous experience in rare diseases, preferably hepatic, is highly valued.
- Experience as an MSL is highly valued.
- Knowledge of the Spanish Pharmaceutical Sector.
- Availability for travel (approximately 80% of the time).
- Residence in Barcelona or Madrid.
- Area of responsibility: 50% of Spain.
- Advanced level of English.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office user level, Excel Advanced).
