Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating, planning, and steering the delivery of our software projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder management and requirements gathering to ensure project success.
- Liaise and manage relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
- Organize meetings with stakeholders and define agendas to ensure project progress.
- Identify and translate business needs into functional requirements to drive project success.
- Create project documentation and deliverables, including minutes of meetings, functional designs, and workflows.
- Define data models and their dependencies to ensure project accuracy.
- Develop testing documents and test solutions to ensure quality.
- Provide business support and incident management to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively follow up with the product team on development requests.
- Support training documentation and client onboarding to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in technology or business administration.
- At least 3 years of experience in business consultancy, technical project management, or a related field.
- Experience in business process management concepts and tools.
- Experience in Agile Methodologies.
- Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, think quickly, and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Resourceful and creative troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
