Job Summary:
Shockwave Medical, a pioneer in the development and commercialization of Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL), is seeking a highly analytical and creative Contract Analyst to join its Commercial Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring data integrity, and supporting commercial operations initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Self-direct and prioritize incoming requests for contracting support.
- Enter and maintain contract data in Salesforce, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date.
- Manage new customer setup and maintain customer data across systems (Salesforce and Oracle).
- Develop standardized tools, methodologies, and business processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage data in Salesforce and other databases to ensure integrity.
- Support key commercial operations initiatives related to system structure and data flow.
- Partner with stakeholders to build and streamline contract management processes.
- Engage with customer service, sales, finance, national accounts, legal, and commercial operations teams to assist with questions and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a business or technical field.
- 5+ years of directly related work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in contract management and international contracting.
