Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI professional with experience in Scrum and QA to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. As a Hybrid UX/UI, Scrum & QA Specialist, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces that are intuitive and user-friendly, while leveraging Scrum to optimize our development process. You will also implement rigorous QA practices to ensure the highest quality standards across the board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design user interfaces that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Apply Scrum methodology to optimize our development process and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Implement QA practices to ensure the highest quality standards across the board.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design, Scrum, and QA.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in user interface and user experience design principles.
  • Proficiency in UX/UI design principles and tools.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and a strong understanding of design principles.
  • Deep understanding of Scrum methodology and its application in a development process.
  • Extensive experience in quality assurance and testing processes.
  • A natural problem-solver with strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the textile and apparel industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
