Job Title: Cluster Purchase Manager

Accor Hotels is seeking a highly skilled Cluster Purchase Manager to join our team. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for managing the inventory and warehousing activities, ensuring product availability, and building relationships with key suppliers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forecast material demands, stock levels, re-order points, and resources capacity to ensure product availability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and customers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage receiving details and implement corrective actions for dispute resolution.
  • Liaise with Accounts Payable Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices.
  • Continuously improve processes through team collaboration and technology implementation, resulting in improved service levels and reductions in total costs.
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned by immediate supervisor.
  • Assist with monthly/quarterly/annual inventories and maintain delivery schedules.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • At least 10 years of related work experience and 2 years of work experience with luxury brands in a similar role.
  • Intermediate level English language proficiency.
  • MS Office applications skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of systems/legislation in the related field and ability to offer consulting to other employees.
