We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team at Fundació per a la Recerca Sant Joan de Déu. The successful candidate will work in the Impact and Prevention of Mental Disorders Research Group, led by Dr. Josep Maria Haro, and will be part of the EU-funded IMPROVA Project.
About the IMPROVA ProjectIMPROVA is a large-scale, comprehensive intervention aimed at promoting mental health and preventing mental disorders in adolescents. The project involves the co-design, pilot testing, and evaluation of a modular eHealth intervention platform that will be implemented in school settings. The platform will be co-created by an international inter-disciplinary group of researchers and practitioners from various fields, including medicine, education, psychology, sociology, public health, economics, and more.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation of the IMPROVA platform during the Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT)
- Support users in using the platform during the RCT
- Conduct qualitative interviews with stakeholders
- Conduct data analyses, preferably with experience in qualitative and/or quantitative data
- Lead and support the preparation of manuscripts and other dissemination activities (seminars, conferences, etc.)
- Holding a Master's degree (PhD is preferable) in a health-related discipline (Psychology, Medicine, Public Health, etc), social science or a closely related subject relevant to the project study
- Relevant experience of research in the field of the study; i.e.: experience in international projects, published manuscripts in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience in school-based studies and/or the development or implementation of eHealth platforms
- Previous participation in international collaborative projects
- Other relevant skills: English and Spanish (Written and Spoken), knowledge on Catalan will be evaluated positively
