Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist Advisor to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a trusted advisor for German companies, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their online advertising strategies and driving business growth.

Purpose of the Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Becoming a trusted advisor for German companies regarding their online advertising campaigns
  • Working towards individual sales targets and contributing to the larger sales team's success in increasing our client customer base across EMEA
  • Shaping the German online marketing landscape
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • C2 level of German
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in advertising and PPC campaigns (preferable)
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound sales (preferably B2B)
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
