About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Concession Manager to join our team in ECI Alicante. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maximizing sales through strong communication skills and knowledge of the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Sales: Greet and assist customers, ensuring a personalized service and promoting our traditional know-how and product characteristics.
  • Sales Analysis and Reporting: Control and optimize performance indicators, manage stocks, and ensure reporting to management.
  • Team Management: Participate in recruitment, ensure the integration and training of new employees, and manage sales goals on a daily basis.
  • Visual Merchandising and Store Operations: Create schedules, set up zoning, and ensure the smooth running of the point of sale.

As a Concession Manager, you will have initial management experience in the retail or premium service sector and excellent interpersonal skills. You will be organized, results-oriented, and enthusiastic about fashion with a strong product awareness and good knowledge of the industry and its trends.
