About the Role:

The Concession Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth in our fashion retail stores. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and sales-driven individual to join our team and contribute to the success of The Kooples.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized experience for every customer.
  • Sales Performance: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to maximize sales and achieve budgeted targets.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Store Operations: Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and reporting.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue, and implement initiatives to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Initial management experience in the retail or premium service sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a results-oriented culture and a passion for fashion.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
